Student-at-Law at Fasken Martineau
Chelsey is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. She is a Student-at-Law at Fasken Martineau’s Ottawa office, where she works on intellectual property, privacy and cybersecurity, telecommunications, and corporate law matters. Chelsey has been working towards a career in technology law and policy since her first year of law school. Throughout law school, Chelsey interned at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) and worked as a research assistant on technology law matters including copyright, privacy, anti-spam legislation, AI, and robotics. She is particularly interested in the intersection of law, governance, and business.
